Do you match prices from other websites? Top
Petit Peton offers a "Best Price Guarantee".
If you find a product that we advertise on the web for less than our price, just send us an email informing us of the site and product, and we will meet the price, provided that the site in question is not sold out of the color and size that you are ordering. We do not match prices for sale or clearance items, listed at far below reasonable retail pricing. There are no exchanges or refunds on "Best Price Guarantee" deals. "Best Price Guarantee" can only by applied up to 7 days from the purchase date on your order.

How much do you charge for shipping? Top
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping and sales taxes (if applicable) are clearly displayed. We ship on business days, and any orders placed after 5pm will be shipped out the next business day.

Do you ship Internationally? Top
We do ship Internationally. Currently we only accept INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER, WESTERN UNION, or ELECTRONIC WIRE FUND for all international purchasing. It takes between 10 to 15 Business Days for an International package to be delivered. Petit Peton will not assume responsibility for any duties or tariffs imposed by your country for the delivery of your package.

Can I Return or Exchange an item? Top
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving. Contact customerservice@petitpeton.com for a Return Authorization Number which is needed for all returns/exchanges and state the reason for your return when contacting us. A 5% restocking fee for each item will be charged for all returns. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. For International exchanges, Petit Peton does not pay for the shipping of the exchanged item(s). Free Shipping does not apply to any exchange of SALE items.
After a return has been received, it could take up to 3 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
There are no returns or exchanges on all FINAL SALES. These items can generally be found in the Sale section of our website, but may also be accessed by searches or through the Brand Pages.

How can I pay for my order? Top
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We also accept checks, money orders, and store credit. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to:

Do you charge sales tax? Top
Sales tax will only apply to residents of New York Sate at 8.5% and NYC 8.625%, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.

When will my order be shipped? Top
The shipping times are according to stock availability. Usually shipping begins in 24-48 hours when the item is in our stock and ready to go. If the item is in backorder, we will update you on the status of your order via email.
We do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

What if you don't have an item in stock? Top
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email notification or a phone call regarding the status of your order. You will be given the option to cancel, substitute, or keep the order on file. We will automatically cancel any backordered items, unless you have confirmed with us that you would like to keep the order open.
